Review #1124, Brandy #64
This is a bottling of Calvados that was distilled in 1999 and bottled in 2022. This blend of 70% pear and 30% apple was aged for that time period in ex-french oak. Before being distilled on a single alembic and aged the fruit fermented in oak casks for 11 months.

Another great Lemorton, this one is brighter than the other vintage I’ve tried but both stand on equal ground in my eyes. Great flavor, well balanced, and wonderful to drink on a bitter cold day like today.
