Here we have a single vintage of Calvados. This Calvados contains 70% pear and 30% apple. The fruit ferments for 11 months in oak before being distilled on a single alembic. This was distilled in 1980 and aged in French Oak before being bottled.

Finish: Medium length finish, green apple, must, minerality, vanilla, cinnamon, black pepper

Rating: 7/10

 Just great brandy. Lovely fruits a bit of oak spice to tie it all together.
