This is a Bas Armagnac that was distilled from Folle Blanche grapes. It was distilled once on a traditional Armagnac column still and aged for 21 years in Gascon oak before being selected for PM spirits and bottled at cask strength with no color, water, or any other additives.

ABV: 52%

Nose: Apple, Cinnamon, Black Tea, Raspberry, licorice

Palate: Thick oily mouthfeel, Apple, Raspberry, Black Tea, Cinnamon, Figs, orange peel

Finish: Longer finish, Cinnamon, Apple Pie, raspberry, black tea, licorice

Rating: 8/10

This is excellent. Well balanced between fruit and spice, thick mouthfeel, long finish. The flavors are well integrated and interact with each other well.

1 | Disgusting | So bad I poured it out.

2 | Poor | I wouldn’t consume by choice.

3 | Bad | Multiple flaws.

4 | Sub-par | Not bad, but better exists.

5 | Good | Good, just fine.

6 | Very Good | A cut above.
