Adrien Camut Reserve de Semainville

This is a blend of 25-30 year old Calvados from the Camut family. The apples are made into cider then double distilled in two 75 year old wood fueled stills.

ABV: 41%

Nose: Fresh red apple skins, raspberry, Cinnamon, nuttiness, dark chocolate, waffle cone

Palate: Medium mouthfeel, Red Apple Skins, Cinnamon, Nuttiness, Dark Chocolate

Finish: Medium length finish, Apple skins, a bit of vegetalness, Nutiness, Cinnamon, Black Tea

Rating: 7/10

Delicious and crushable. This packs all the flavor and is the perfect cooler weather mood drink. It reminds you of fall with the backbone of a baked apple pie paired with some hot tea and dark chocolate. Delicious stuff.
