Finish: Medium length finish, Floral, Passionfruit, Sour Candies, Lemon Peel, Allspice

Rating: 7/10

This is a great rhum, it drinks a bit below it’s high proof and is just bursting with flavor. The nose is super heavy on that sour candy / fruit note while the palate and finish bring a bit more spice and zest to the party. Those sour notes really set it apart in a good way and man, Bielle really knows how to make great rhum.
