A great rum from DDL, this is another example of the quality of distillate that is being produced in Guyana. PM seems to be the ideal still for me and this continues that trend. Heavy on the savory aspects with the woodiness, spices, and slight fruits make for a great experience. The oak is well managed and despite the presence of the wood it is a welcome addition. A great rum, and one to give to people who insist rum is sweet.
