This is a bottling for the Three Dots and Dash, a bar located in Chicago, Illinois. This rum was aged for 10 years in Guyana before being bottled. I can make no comment on additives, so we will just see how it fares.

Rating: 6/10
Overall a very good rum. It hits many of those classic notes the toasted almost burnt brown sugar, vanilla, some spices, with a hint of orange peel. Compared to my usual fare of rums I think this has some light dosing (sugar) added to it. Not a lot by any means, but it is there. I would love to taste this unsugared just to see how it is. Overall, a very good rum that is brought down just a bit by being so sweet (to me).
