Palate: Medium oily mouthfeel, Bready, Dark Chocolate, Char, Faint Vanilla, Tobacco leaf

Finish: Medium length finish, Tannins, Dark Chocolate, Bready, Black Pepper.

Rating: 6/10

Overall this is very good. It has a big dark chocolate note that I really dig. The bready maltiness is there as well with some spices that come into play too. I had been concerned at first with the virgin oak ageing, as I tend to not dig that kind of cask on a single malt. However, this is the best virgin oak single malt I have had.
