This is a very good rum. Made in America no less, this is an unaged cane juice rum of very good quality, which is not something I expected to find or taste. It seems like Sugarfield is doing some awesome experiments over there at Sugarfield and I hope they can keep it up. I have another batch of this to review but I would be more than happy to support them in the future. Citrus, some light spice and vanilla make for a good sipping experience and I bet these go great in the classic cocktails.
