ABV: 66.9%

Nose: Earthiness, Charred pineapple, Star Anise, Allspice, Black pepper, Rubber Cement

Palate: Thick oily mouthfeel, Earthiness, Charred Pineapple, Star Anise, Rubber Cement, Black Pepper, Allspice, Grill Char

Finish: Longer finish, Earthiness, Charred Pineapple, Rubber Cement, Allspice, Grill Char

Rating: 8/10

Overall, a excellent rum. Different from the other C<>H I have had, this one leans more savory in profile but is still quite fantastic. Rich over-ripe fruits, glue, star anise, and earthiness make for an excellent rum.
