Crisp refreshing, this is all savory flavors and I am here for it. Tons of earth, water, minerality, spices, and that nice crisp green vegetable that has been grilled pulls it all together. I like the fruit laden Mezcal’s and the weird stuff too, but this is just a nice smack in the face of acidity and savory flavors. A real winner in my book.
