Finish: Medium length. Caramel, lemon zest, light industrial funk, butterscotch, nutmeg, allspice.

Rating: 7/10

This is a delicious rum. Rich savory spices like allspice and nutmeg, vanilla and oak spice abound, and plenty of rummy fruits that are complimented by the cask influence and the light industrial funk. This is a real winner in my book.
